These are all those examinations that make medical sense but were not included in the catalog of services by the statutory health insurance companies because they were not classified as absolutely medically necessary.
For example:
Ultrasound examination of the uterus and ovaries in addition to the cancer screening examination
Any ultrasound during pregnancy outside of the 3 screening examinations that is not medically justified (= baby television)
